These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Idataraya Sdn Bhd (1263428-K), trading as Golfhub (“Golfhub”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them.

1. Purpose of this site

This website presents Golfhub's services: golf simulator supply and installation, leadership and development programmes, and club fitting. Content is provided for general information. Equipment specifications, availability, timelines and pricing are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement, not by this site.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the site, share links to it, use its contact facilities to reach us about our services, and use its booking, event, queue and application forms for their intended purpose. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, misrepresent your identity in communications with us, or use our contact facilities to send unlawful or unsolicited bulk material.

3. Intellectual property

The Golfhub name, logo, text, photography and design of this site belong to Idataraya Sdn Bhd or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Trade marks of equipment manufacturers referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.

4. Proposals and engagements

A proposal request made through this site is an invitation to discuss, not a contract. Any engagement between Golfhub and a client is governed exclusively by the written agreement signed for that engagement, including its own terms on payment, delivery, warranty and liability.

5. Simulator bookings

Bookings for the simulator bay at Menara KBS are subject to the booking rules shown on the booking page when you book, including the rules on payment, cancellations and missed sessions. A booking is confirmed only when we email you a confirmation. Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you about your booking.

6. Events and the booth queue

At events where Golfhub has a booth, joining the simulator queue gives you a place in line, not a guaranteed time. Waiting times shown are estimates. Our staff run the queue on the day and may call numbers out of order, for example for accessibility or safety, and may end a turn or close the queue when needed. Please follow our staff's instructions when using the simulator.

Events are run by their organisers, who set the dates, hours and venue. If an organiser changes or postpones an event, we will update its page on this site, and the booth queue may close. We are not responsible for changes made by an event organiser.

7. Career and volunteer applications

Applying through the careers page, including to volunteer at our events, is not an offer of employment or of a volunteer place. Any role or volunteer arrangement is confirmed separately in writing. Please make sure the information and documents you send are accurate and yours to share.

8. No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate, current and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Golfhub is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on the site's content or from interruption of its availability.

9. Third-party content

The site links to and embeds third-party services, including Google Maps. Those services are the responsibility of their operators and subject to their own terms; a link or embed is provided for convenience and does not imply endorsement.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
