1. Purpose of this site

This website presents Golfhub's services: golf simulator supply and installation, leadership and development programmes, and club fitting. Content is provided for general information. Equipment specifications, availability, timelines and pricing are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement, not by this site.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the site, share links to it, and use its contact facilities to reach us about our services. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, misrepresent your identity in communications with us, or use our contact facilities to send unlawful or unsolicited bulk material.

3. Intellectual property

The Golfhub name, logo, text, photography and design of this site belong to Golfhub Malaysia or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Trade marks of equipment manufacturers referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.

4. Proposals and engagements

A proposal request made through this site is an invitation to discuss, not a contract. Any engagement between Golfhub and a client is governed exclusively by the written agreement signed for that engagement, including its own terms on payment, delivery, warranty and liability.

5. No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate, current and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Golfhub is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on the site's content or from interruption of its availability.

6. Third-party content
