Golfhub's leadership programme is built for C-suite executives, senior government officers and management teams. It is practical and runs on the course, with a professional alongside you. Golf is the training ground for decision-making: every shot is a decision made under pressure, in front of colleagues, with consequences that carry into the next one. Participants learn to stay calm and composed, to recover from a wrong call without losing focus, and to lead a group through four hours where patience and judgement decide the result.
How it works.
A round is played in a flight of four. Over eighteen holes each player makes dozens of decisions: which club, which line, how much risk, when to attack and when to play safe. A wrong decision on one hole does not have to cost the next one, unless composure goes with it. That is the lesson the programme is built around. It runs in three levels, each delivered over a weekend, Saturday and Sunday, taking a cohort from a first grip to playing a full round with colleagues. Junior, university and beginner coaching run alongside for institutions.
Decisions under pressure
Every shot is a call made with incomplete information and people watching. Participants practise making it, and standing by it.
Composure after a wrong call
A poor shot is followed by another shot. The programme trains the recovery: reset, refocus, and play the next one on its merits.
Leading in a flight of four
Four hours in a group, with etiquette, pace and honesty as the rules. Leadership shows without a title or an office.

Three levels, one weekend each.
Each level runs over a Saturday and Sunday, on the course, with a professional alongside the cohort.
Foundations
- Saturday: the cohort gets to know each other, a session on how golf builds leadership, then the professional joins for the first practical work.
- Sunday: one to two hours of theory, fundamentals of the swing with the professional, then chipping and putting. A lighter evening of games and conversation closes the weekend.
On the field
- Saturday: time on the course, learning how a hole and a flight actually play.
- Sunday: one-to-one sessions with the professional and driving range work on distance, consistency and reading a shot.
Playing the course
- Saturday: a full round with the professional, decisions made and reviewed hole by hole.
- Sunday: a round with colleagues, leading and playing within the flight, then sign-off and an exchange of gifts to mark completion.
